LOCal Pickup

Local Pickup is available Tuesday & Thursday 9AM-6:30PM.


Please only choose local pickup if you are available to pick up at the day & time you choose during checkout. The times listed are within the building hours as our doors lock automatically.


Can someone else pick up my order? Yes!


Local Pickup Reminders: I unfortunately don't send courtesy reminders that your order is ready for pickup--your order will ALWAYS be ready at the day & time you choose.


Unfortunately, I am not able to hold orders that do not get picked up. You will receive a $10 invoice via email which will cover shipping + the cost of materials + handling to get your package switched over to shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the U.S. only.


$10 Flat Rate Shipping with USPS.

Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more.


Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.


Brows by B is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.


Brow Trainings

All Brow Training deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, you are allowed one date transfer if rescheduling is necessary.


The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the training date. Once the final payment is made, it is also non-refundable.


Product Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately at browsbybict@gmail.com with your order # and correct information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
